Note:

If you manually override our recommendations and choose not to include spacer cells, the individual cells will automatically adjust in size. This may result in cells that no longer fit your product perfectly.

Spacer cells near the divider's edge can break easily, even during delivery, but this may be better than omitting compartments altogether.

Corrugated Board

Corrugated board is created by gluing one or more corrugated paper webs (flute) between smooth paper webs (inner and outer liners):

Single-wall corrugated board: one layer of corrugated paper between two layers of smooth paper.
Double-wall corrugated board: two layers of corrugated paper between three layers of smooth paper.
Triple-wall corrugated board: three layers of corrugated paper between four layers of smooth paper.

The strength of corrugated board is not determined by thickness, but by the quality designation.

Cellulose

Cellulose consists of up to 100% virgin fiber cardboard. Therefore, front and back sides and core are pure white.

GD

GD cardboard is a recycled paper cardboard with double coating on the front side and a gray back side.

GC

A virgin fiber cardboard with wood pulp core, consisting of a white front side, a single-coated back side and a yellowish core.

Kraft Cardboard

Kraft cardboard is unbleached virgin fiber cardboard, which is also available with white back side. The cardboard is often moisture-resistant and very tough.

MGK

MGK is a recycled paper cardboard and therefore our most cost-effective material. Both front and back sides are gray. Please note the strong color tone variations.

Cardboard thickness is specified in grammage (area weight), which is grams per square meter.

Cardboard up to 600 g/m² we use e.g. for folding boxes or cushion packaging. Stronger cardboard from 800 g/m², on the other hand, is more suitable for interlayers or telescopic boxes.
